What kind of products do you have?

We have a wide variety of mobiles, IPods, laptops, tablets Computers and many other electronics which we use in our daily life.

What brands do you have at Daraz? 

We have a collection of recognized international brands as well as local brands that are sold exclusively in the market.

How can I search for a product at Daraz? 

Just enter a short description of what you are looking for in our search bar on the top right corner of our website. The search options are limitless, but we generally advise that you search using terms such as your desired brand, color, and other specifications of the type of product you want. For example, potential search terms could be “Red T-shirts”, and “Shahzeb Saeed Blue Shirt”. Daraz will then display all relevant products corresponding to your query. We offer you the possibility to further refine your search through the advanced search bar option on the left appearing with your search results. Using advanced search, you can further key your desired category, brand, color, price and size to be more specific about search criteria.

How can I provide some feedback about a product? 

We welcome all kinds of feedback on our products. Just go to Product Page, scroll down, you'll see comments tab. You can write it there. We are happy to hear from you!

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

Although we try to maintain a stock level that keeps up with our expected demand, certain items which are highly popular may exceptionally run out of stock. As our stocks are continuously updated, please browse our site regularly to keep yourself posted of the latest updates.

Do we guarantee authenticity of our products?

We only sell 100% authentic products. All of our products are sourced from authorized distributors and are of premium quality. If you require further details, or if you are unsatisfied with any product please contact us () and we shall address your concerns at our earliest.

Delivery

Where do you deliver to? 

We ship across all over the world! We offer Free Shipping in USA on all orders within above $ 200. Whether you live in Paris, New York, London or Beijing, you can order from us and get your product shipped at home or at your office! 

Do you have extra charges for delivery? 

For orders within USA, deliveries are free of charge on all orders above $ 200. Any order below this amount will be charged $2 as shipping costs.

Delivery charges for international orders are variable depending on the weight and destination of the shipment.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered? 

All orders will be delivered by our logistic providers within 5 business days of placing your order. If your order has not been received on the fifth business day please contact our Customer Service at customer@daraz.pk.

How can I track my order? 

As soon as your order is shipped you will be mailed a tracking number and URL; All you have to do is open that link, type in your tracking number and you can see your order status.

Can I place an order for delivery outside USA?

Yes! We are proud to serve our international customers and hence deliver to all countries of the world.

Can I have items delivered to my family or friends?

Yes indeed! You can have items delivered anywhere within or outside of Pakistan by having different Shipping addresses when you place the order.

Is it possible for someone in USA to pay on my behalf while the order is delivered to me directly?

Unfortunately, this is not possible as all non-domestic shipments need to have an international billing address.

How long does it take for international orders to be delivered?

All orders will be delivered by our logistic providers within 10 - 14 business days after fulfillment of the payment. The actual time for delivery will vary depending on the destination.

Can I see prices and pay in my local currency?

Currently, prices can be viewed in USD only.

Can international customers avail the Cash-on-Delivery option for making payments?

At the moment, international customers can only pay via paypal.

What is the policy for returns / exchanges?

Unfortunately, we have strict no-returns and no-exchange policies as it is not logistically feasible. However, we shall update you as soon as we have a returns mechanism in place.
